Low FODMAP Deviled Eggs - a FODMAP-friendly recipe for the classic appetizer. Make these bites for tailgating, holiday parties and more!
Fortunately, some plain, deviled egg recipes are low FODMAP, but just to be safe, I'm sharing my go-to recipe for this classic appetizer. To really jazz this recipe up, I will also sometimes add chopped Low FODMAP Refrigerator Dill Pickles or olives, if I have them on hand.
And, if you'd prefer Low FODMAP Deviled Eggs that are a bit sweeter, go ahead and add in about 1 tsp. of sugar to the filling mixture. I know some people really enjoy that sweet and savory kind of combo! 🙂

You were able to tolerate the chives?

What size egg is used with the proportions given for the yolk filling? They look SO good, but depending of the size of yolk used, the filling would turn out differently! Thank you!

Hi Nancy, I'm a little confused by your question. I indicate I've used large eggs, written as large hard boiled eggs, in the ingredient list. -Emily

I made these today and they were great. I sprinkled a little dried dill on them too and it was a nice addition.
Thanks for the great recipe.
