Low FODMAP Ketchup - the family-favorite condiment is made without FODMAPs and sugar! Perfect for french fries, burgers and more!

A small bowl of low FODMAP ketchup

Many commercial bottles of ketchup contain high fructose corn syrup, onion powder or other FODMAP-containing ingredients. This Low FODMAP Ketchup is FODMAP-friendly and contains no added sugar. So, it is a little tangier than your typical bottled variety. If you'd like a little sweeter ketchup, blend in maple syrup, about 1 Tbsp. at a time.

Try this classic condiment on french fries, burgers and more!
