These yummy Low FODMAP Scallops with Lemon are melt-in-your-mouth-good and perfect for a special supper whether you’re on the low FODMAP diet or not!
- 8 sea scallops
- 2 Tbsp. butter (or ghee)
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Pat scallops dry with paper towels. Heat butter in a skillet over high heat. Once hot, add scallops and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
