Description

This Low FODMAP Salsa is delicious and refreshing – no FODMAP-containing garlic or onion needed!

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 1 English cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve.

Notes

Like spicy? Leave the jalapeno seeds in.
