This Low FODMAP Salsa is delicious and refreshing – no FODMAP-containing garlic or onion needed!
- 4 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed and finely diced
- 1 English cucumber, finely diced
- 1 bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chives, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
- 2 limes, juice of
- Salt, to taste
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve.
Like spicy? Leave the jalapeno seeds in.
